Jeanny Aristy is a Partner at Ulises Cabrera and leads the Real Estate and Tourism practice.
Jeanny has over 23 years active in the legal field and over 18 years of practice as a real estate attorney in litigation, evictions, development of tourist projects, housing, mortgages, foreclosures, scams and many other procedures in this area.
She represents leading institutions and organisations with national and international reach in legal matters concerning the development of environmentally related real estate projects, real estate, environmental and mining due diligence of renewable and non-renewable energy projects and mergers of non-metallic mineral mining companies. Jeanny also led the first third party review case admitted in the Real Estate Jurisdiction.
In 2022 and 2023, Jeanny was ranked as “Rising Star” in Real Estate & Tourism by the international ranking The Legal 500. In 2023, she was ranked as Associate to Watch in Real Estate & Tourism by Chambers and Partners.
